<p>So on 9/6 I called Go Big Customer Service and Anthony noted the omission, contacted Go Big&#8217;s IT staff and the issue was fixed by Wednesday.   So on Wed 9/7/11  I proceeded to send out 20 e-mails through Go Big&#8217;s new website, no problem.</p>
<p>on 9/8/11 I tried to do the same and receive a pop-up message that I have to be verified until I can contact Go Big&#8217;s membership.  I thought, weird, why is this coming up.  I called Customer Service and they indicated that I had not paid.  I said yes I did, back in Feb.  The CSR advised me to send a copy of my bank statement to accounting and they would clear the issue up, which I did.  Later today I get a call from Jonathan (VP with Go Big) advising me that I now need to pay $199 monthly to remain active.  I brought to his attention my February transaction and that I am contracted through Feb 2012, “without any further billings” .  Jonathan tells me I have no standing since Go Big has changed its model.  I was not notified of this change and furthermore I should not be subject to it until Feb 2012 since Go Big advised me to pay the $300 and that I would be good for a year.  Jonathan offered me no other resolution, not even grandfathering me in.  He said that the new plan went into effect on Tuesday, well on Tuesday and Wednesday I had my normal access, so how is that explained?</p>
<p>I continued to push for a fair resolution here.  i was contacted by anothe Go Big VP, and while empathetic, the only resolution to me was to be named 1 of 3 so called preferred vendors allowing me access at $1,000 a month!</p>
<p>I have had some good success in getting clients from Go Big.  Like any other site there were some bad apples that stiffed me, but that is a cost of doingbusiness.  What is unfair is Go Big&#8217;s sudden and unannounced change in their model and refuesal to honor the annual membership I paid for.</p>

<p>I ordered flowers through the 1 800 flowers web site on 2/3/2011 and received<br />
confirmation of the order the next day with a different address than I entered.<br />
I sent them a message through their web site telling them of the mistake and<br />
received confirmation on 2/4/2011 that the address had been changed.<br />
On Valentines Day my wife did not get her flowers but I received a confirmation<br />
that she had, and that they were delivered UPS next day (how romantic!). So I<br />
called UPS to inquire and they told me they were delivered and signed for but to<br />
the incorrect address. I tried to call 1 800 flowers but all I could get was a<br />
recording telling me that they could not take my call. I e mailed their customer<br />
service and they said that they were delivered and signed for so there was<br />
nothing they could do. Even after I showed them proof that I had corrected the<br />
address they did nothing.<br />
Long story short my<br />
wife had a crappy valentines day and I am out $100<br />
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!</p>

I conacted supershuttle.com  websitefor the Dallas area but had no luck getting
my questions answered so I called the 800#. After calling twice &amp; still no help,
this is the message I sent to them.	                 "I AM NOT A CUSTOMER
BECAUSE OF THE WAY I WAS TREATED ON THE PHONE. FIRST OF ALL, AFTER A "LISTEN TO
THE MENU BECAUSE IT HAS CHANGED," IT WENT DIRECTLY INTO SPANISH. SO I PRESSED 0
AND IT SENT ME TO AN OPERATOR. THIS OPERATOR WAS SO RUDE AND, I GUESS REALLY
HATED HER JOB, I TRIED TO BE REALLY NICE SO THAT IT MIGHT BRIGHTEN HER DAY. IT
DIDN'T WORK!! THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I TRIED TO ASK HER SOME QUESTIONS I
COULDN'T GET ANSWERED ON YOUR WEBSITE. WHEN I CALLED BACK IT WENT STRAIGHT TO
THE SPANISH &amp; THEN HUNG UP.(BY THE WAY, JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, THIS IS AMERICA,I
SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PRESS ANYTHING FOR ENGLISH, MUCH LESS BE TALKED TO BY RUDE
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS) DON'T WORRY ABOUT RESPONDING SINCE I WILL NEVER USE YOUR

<p>purchased an opal necklace that came broken and the opal stones at alltribes.com<br />
are fake.  Poor customer service refused refund, hung up on me and they claimed<br />
it was authentic indian jewelry.  It is not. The opals were fake and looked<br />
fake. Delayed shipping and broken merchandise.</p>
<p>The other thing that I failed to mention is they promised a $32 gift card if I ordered from them which I never received.  Spoke on  Dec 2 to order but didn’t get broken merchandise until December 16th..   Spoke on Dec 16th when It finally arrived to the Mary.<br />
Spoke to the owner Ken on December 17th,  Spoke to John yesterday and Ken and Richard and Mary. I sent 2 email to altribes@alltribes.com They refuse any type of refund only credit towards their site but I do not want any fake jewelry poor quality from them.  I only wanted my credit card to be refunded.</p>

<p>I personally have never shopped at Deal Extreme, but <a href="http://www.redflagdeals.com/forums/issue-dealextreme-paypal-dispute-useless-812396/" target="_blank">I read this thread</a> about Deal Extreme, &amp; thought that if that many people have had such terrible customer service, their products always break, they don&#8217;t give refunds when they say they will, etc. then people need to be aware of this before they decide whether to buy from Deal Extreme.</p>

<p>&#8220;This company does not even deserve one star! There is HORRIBLE customer service as well as inadequate and ill-viewed product assembly. We ordered products from this company that was not only DAMAGED, but they even sent us the wrong (as well as USED) products. Shant (a sales man) who clearly does not want business for the company he works for, degraded me in front of other customers and employees when I asked for a return on a product which he sent me that was ENTIRELY FLAWED. Honestly, what company sells a good that is not new and with scratches<br />
all over it and missing pieces. Honestly? Contractors, and people in the construction industry, RETHINK a sales buy before buying from this horrible enterprise which has no remorse or compassion for their customers. The company which I represent has been in business for over 20 years- so before questioning who we are, you should decide on a purchase from a company that has a poor return policy and products (unlike most companies ie. Home depot, Osh, Anawalt Lumber. Etc..)&#8221;</p>
