		<description>I spent 17 hours out of my day just so travel to see Gary Fortinsky &amp; I&#039;m glad I did.

I remember when I tried to find a holistic dentist here in Windsor for my son, there was no one. And the ones who &quot;sort of&quot; offered non mercury fillings also did mercury fillings in their office which basically means they aren&#039;t holistic at all. They only offer the non mercury fillings because it&#039;s taking on more publicity, not because they are actually holistic, they care about mercury poisoning or they know what they are doing.

So when I had to send my son to a conventional dentist here, the guy wanted to do something to my son&#039;s teeth. When I had them send Gary the films to review, he said he couldn&#039;t be 100% certain because he couldn&#039;t see his teeth, but he didn&#039;t feel that work needed to be done. My son was still too young &amp; we should wait.

This is when I learned something new. That conventional dentists like to do unnecessary work.

That was one of the reasons I decided to get myself to Toronto to see Gary when a piece of my tooth broke off &amp; I&#039;m glad I did.

He figured out something I doubt a conventional dentist would have figured out...

I had an infection underneath the root of the broken tooth, so we did have to pull it.

Bottom line is, I don&#039;t trust my mouth to anyone but Gary my dear holistic all natural dentist &amp; I highly recommend him even if you have to travel a ways to get to him.

		<description>I&#039;m not going to approve these nasty posts I&#039;ve been receiving, but after getting 3 of them in the last few months, I question WHY these people (or maybe it&#039;s people from Bentley) are such mean people. None of the others posts on this site create such venom, it seems ONLY this one.

Very interesting that it all centers around Bentley.

And as a side note, last year I had to go back into Bentley since there&#039;s no other purse/luggage store in the Windsor are that I know of &amp; the girl who served me was very nice. I think they&#039;ve retrained their staff to be nice to customers now (or they&#039;ve hired new ones). I did have to call the head office again because of something &amp; I had to deal with the same woman as last time. While she eventually did what was needed, there were communication problems &amp; it wasn&#039;t as smooth sailing as I would have liked.

My point is that I wanted to acknowledge the 2 nice sales staff in the store.

Just thought I&#039;d be fair (as always) &amp; state that.

Ben said he couldn&#039;t find the full conversations I had with customer service &amp; he wanted some number. So they don&#039;t even keep track of live chat logs. That&#039;s good.

Then he starts to tell me that after ALL THAT, that we can&#039;t use their service because we provide services &amp; products to the adult industry.

They clearly changed their terms &amp; conditions &amp; NEVER informed us because we had made sure their was no discrimination when we first signed up.

Another sign that they don&#039;t know what they are doing over there.

Then Ben has the nerve to tell me...

LOL as if Ben knows anything about these industries or the industry we are in. We&#039;ve been e-mail marketing for around 4-5 years now &amp; NEVER had any problems. So I guess Mail Chimp just likes to go around spouting nonsense to try &amp; justify their actions &amp; behavior.

So in the end my assistant &amp; I wasted probably a week&#039;s worth of man hours reviewing their site, features, e-mailing them to ask questions, me asking for new features, not to mention the grueling hour I spent with their Live Chat ONLY to find out they discriminate against pseudo adult companies.

Aweber doesn&#039;t discriminate.

When I told Ben all of this &amp; stated that their President (whoever the guy is) didn&#039;t even respond back to my e-mail, Ben just ignored me. I only heard from him once on April 16, 2010 &amp; then he just ignored us.

Well at least they live up to my review of their poor customer service.

They seem to be doing something about it but are slow as the &#039;company&#039; is difficult to get in touch with other than by telephone.  I assume they don&#039;t want black and white evidence of correspondence with &#039;clients&#039; so no email address and no fax number.  Telephone calls could be deny, deny deny.  These guys are real hoods in my estimation.  After I tried to terminate their service they wouldn&#039;t quit.  I eventually refused to pay their invoices after several weeks so they put a block on our long distance calls.  We&#039;re a small business and would really like to have the block removed so I contacted the Montreal BBB.
