Raymond is still stalking & harassing me. He posted another message on my thread on LinkedIn telling everyone a lie about what transpired between me & him.

He's also trying to stop anyone from doing business with me.

I've started researching cyber stalking as his actions are classic cyber stalking.

I've asked my legal counsel to arrange a time to visit the police to report Raymond. Even if they can't do anything, at least it will be on record that Raymond is a cyber stalker who is harassing & bullying me & interfering with my life & business.

Raymond hasn't stopped harassing & stalking me since this initial incident. He was quiet for a couple of months, & then I had a problem with another merchant account provider named Dave Lambert who also started to harass, bully & stalk me in public on LinkedIn.

http://reviewsofcompanies.com/unprofessional-or-unethical-merchant-processing-companies/dave-lambert-tampast-petersburg-florida/

The 2 lovebirds found one another & started harassing me together.

Every time I post now Dave Lambert tries to warn everyone about me even though there's nothing to warn about.

It's clear to me these people have no life, have no clients, have nothing to do because when they get angry they stalk & harass. Question is, would they do the same thing to a man as they are doing to me because I'm a woman.

I am looking into involving the police.

Then Raymond Shulley & Dave Lambert got together after Raymond saw Dave's lies about me & both started to harass me & lie about me.

http://reviewsofcompanies.com/unprofessional-or-unethical-merchant-processing-companies/raymond-shulley/

I told Raymond I was going to call the police & then he backed off, but Dave wouldn't. He tried to make it seem like I was a red flag & everyone should stay away from me.

The merchant account industry REALLY needs to start regulating themselves & give all of these guys psychological testing, as there seems to be a good number of them who are emotionally dysfunctional & stalk women (maybe men too I don't know) online.

I know they don't consider it stalking & harassing, but when you follow someone all over the net & every time they say something online you are there to bully them & lie or insinuate something that isn't true, that IS called stalking & harassment. Stalkers NEVER feel they are stalking. They are too emotionally disturbed to understand the difference between right & wrong.

I will keep you up-to-date as the stalking & harassing continues.

Comment on Delta Airlines – complaint by Michelle

More drama with Delta Airline...

I forwarded my ticket information to my son so he could have it for when he picks me up from the Toronto airport, & a few days later he starts asking me if I want him to pick me up from the Toronto airport.

I start laughing & say of course I want you to pick me up from there, where else do you think I want you to pick me up from, I'm not swimming back.

That's when he mentions that the ticket says Detroit & I FREAK OUT!!!

Delta screwed up AGAIN or maybe the Delta supervisor Ruby did it on purpose, I have no idea. I never checked my confirmation e-mail, as who would think they would make such an error. Can you imagine me not noticing until I got the airport or worse, after I already landed in Detroit & had to pay a HUGE amount just to get to Toronto.

I call Corporate Customer Care - 404-773-0305 #7 - spoke to Von Harper (he claims he's a supervisor). I told him I want to know what Delta is going to do for me for all these screw ups, how I've been mistreated, etc.

He says he can't do anything but take my complaint & he passes me through to reservations. He then FAILS to tell the next person (I think it was Kim) anything about what I said, so I have to repeat EVERYTHING ALL OVER AGAIN. I hate it when companies make me do that & that got me further upset.

She was of course unfriendly with no sympathy at all for what I am going through, but then she changes the destination city from Detroit to Toronto & when I ask her for an upgrade she refuses & then has the nerve to tell me that she didn't charge me anything LOL

Are you kidding me????

I told her of COURSE you shouldn't be charging me, I already paid a few days earlier. She's like... "I don't know anything about that."

So they can see all the lies & gossips said about me, but they can't see that they took almost $400 from me????

I ask her to refund me the amount I paid if she thinks I didn't pay anything & she refuses again.
She then offers me a $200 voucher & I said, "Are you kidding? Do you actually think I'm ever going to fly with Delta Airline again???? You guys are delusional!"

I then call back Delta's Corporate Customer Care & speak to Patrina who also refuses to upgrade me or refund even some of the money I already paid for rescheduling the flight & changing the city. Then... get a load of this, she offers me a $50 voucher LOL

I'm soooo shocked that Corporate customer care cares even less than the unfriendly Kim, that I then stated, "You guys are a joke, & I'm NEVER flying with Delta ever again & I'm going to blog about my experience."

I don't fly on a regular basis, so I really have no clue about airlines, but if this is how airlines treat customers, no wonder there is plane rage (or whatever it's called).

There never used to be this level of terrible customer inept service. I know because my parents flew all the time when I was a child & I never remember complaints & anger like this.

I'll have to call back & check my flight in a few weeks just to make sure someone from Delta Airlines didn't purposely change anything just to spite me.

Jeffrey Wood doesn't seem to understand what a review is. He thinks his business is immune to being reviewed by clients, ESPECIALLY if they don't have very nice things to say about him or his salon T' Dye For Hair.

I will admit in full disclosure that Jeffery wrote a rebuttal for this post. I was going to allow it to go through & then post my response, but realized the lies were so out there, that it would take me too long to address properly, I was busy, so I didn't allow the post to go through.

He basically blamed everything on me, made it seem like all I do is complain about everything. According to Jeffrey Wood, I guess customers aren't allowed to speak up & say anything unless it's a rave review.

This is unfortunately the typical mentality of Canadians which is why I prefer Americans where they applaud customer service & they voice their opinions.

The way Canadians do it is to lie & talk about everyone behind their backs & then pretend they are nice & docile.

Take it from me, that's NOT what Canadians are like.

Anyway, Jeffrey didn't take one ounce of responsibility for what happened with him & his staff.

Now on another blog I've since found out that Jeffery Wood who owns T'Dye hair salon is going around online calling me names. This isn't surprising to me since he was immature towards me the day I spoke to him on the phone, so it's no wonder that instead of trying to fix things, Jeffery just tries to make them worse.

Here is what he wrote about me...

"I had a dealing with Michelle Korn also. I own T'Dye For Hair Salon and she posted a negative review of my company on a site called Reviews of Companies.com. She completely slandered my business. I wrote a rebuttel and she had it removed. I heard she owns the web site. Michelle Korn is a complete nut case. One of my best friends is a lawyer and thinks we have a case for slander. I agree that such a vindictive person with so much time on her hands should spend more time working on her own issues rather than destroying other peoples lives. "

Jeffrey, if one negative review destroys your life, my gawd, you need to get out of business my dear. While I understand it's not easy to read, maybe you should have treated me with respect & taught your staff to treat me with respect instead of lying & making me out to be the bad one.

And then he calls me a nut case because I reviewed his company LOL, I hope to gawd they don't pass a law where everyone who posts a negative review is thrown into the insane asylum.

No I don't have time on my hands, which is why it's taken me so long to post, but I see you have tons of time on your hands. What not enough clients at your T'Dye hair salon Jeffrey?

If your best friend who is a lawyer told you that my review is slander, why haven't I been served with papers yet?

My gawd, if every person online who posted a review about a company was served with slander papers, lawyers would be rolling in it even more than they already are.

Jeffrey, I hope you refrain from posting lies about me again, otherwise we will just go back & forth with this until you stop.

Michelle
Very sane, I just don't like being treated like garbage when I give a company MY MONEY.

Yes Michelle ,I had the very same problems. I signed up the first year and was able to buy stuff from the online store but was never able to buy produce or cold stuff. I live in the US so it wasn't just because you were in Canada.
I also had trouble getting ANY info, I did receive some feedback from a Naomi but I was always refered to email Jerry who never returned calls or emails. I stayed with them for the full year you are asked to sign up for. I never saw any return on my investment but luckily this one only cost me about $300 that was not recouped by using the online store.
At the time I signed up you could use your investment money to buy stuff from store. Though the delivery was haphazard and never correct. My last order of the year I wanted to use what funds I had left on account but I never received the order and I could never get thru to anyone. Buyer BEWARE! Cricket

It's a shame I have to reverse my compliment & complain about headsetexpress in Mississauga, Ontario.

First of all I had a business card from Ian, but somehow after dealing with this company a few times I was dealing with Peter Judd, but he never bothered to tell me he wasn't Ian. LOL, great communication skills - NOT. Why even bother to hide something like that? I should have known that something was fishy when he hid that from me.

Second, at the end of March 2011 I called up needing a new headset. Peter Judd & I talked for a while with me still thinking I was talking to Ian.

Somehow Peter knew details about me, so I guess in the past I must have spoken to him. Who even knows at this point.

We talked for a while socially & I thought all was fine. He even suggested I sign up for ACN. After that conversation, that's when all the trouble started.

1. I called Peter & left a message because I decided I didn't want to go with a Plantronics headset he had recommended. They can be very tight on the head in my opinion.

Peter never called me back.

I e-mailed him, he never e-mailed me back.

He eventually explained in one e-mail that he was very busy at a client's place & would call me. He called me once & I wasn't around to take the call.

I called or e-mailed approximately 3-4 more time & even spoke to someone else there, but no, Peter just wouldn't return my calls or e-mails. I felt like I was being strung along.

At this point I was getting upset. He knew I was under a time constraint & needed the headset & the ACN (turns out he's a rep) & it had already been almost over a week with no contact from him.

2. Finally after warning him I was going to go elsewhere & this obviously not making a dent in getting him to call me, I had to start looking around for another company that provided Viking headsets.

It took me about 2 weeks to finally find a place & I wasted a ton of my precious time. I NEVER heard from Peter Judd ever again & it's now May 15, 2011, so not only did he lose a regular customer, he didn't seem to care about losing the ACN sale either.

3. Fast forward to after I signed up with another ACN rep & finding another one also took a lot of my precious time, as they aren't called distributors like in other network marketing companies, they are called reps, so after calling ACN trying to find a rep & getting nowhere as well, I finally found one... turns out, Peter gave me misinformation (or lied) about certain key aspects of ACN hardware & features.

a) for the adapter you DON'T need 3 MB upload to get it to work. I wasted MORE of my precious time talking to ISPs thinking I had to have min. 3 MB upload speed which would have cost a fortune to have. I just called ACN today & found out one can get away with .25 or anything higher. Why lie about something like that??? I wasted 2 hours of my time the other day trying to find a plan that had even 2 MB uploads.

b) he lied & told me you can call anywhere in the world for free. That's NOT true!

There is a somewhat large list of countries you can call to for free, but they don't include the entire world & I already called countries not on that list because I had believed Peter.

He also failed to tell me that you can't call a cell number. ACN only allows for 5-6 countries you can call a cell on for free. The rest you are charged for.

So unfortunately with the lack of service & all this misinformation & hiding things from me, I have to give headsetexpress.ca a complaint.

It’s a shame I have to reverse my compliment & complain about headsetexpress in Mississauga, Ontario.

First of all I had a business card from Ian, but somehow after dealing with this company a few times I was dealing with Peter Judd, but he never bothered to tell me he wasn’t Ian. LOL, great communication skills – NOT.

After that conversation, that’s when all the trouble started.

1. I called Peter & left a message because I decided I didn’t want to go with a Plantronics headset he had recommended. They can be very tight on the head in my opinion.

Peter never called me back.

I e-mailed him, he never e-mailed me back.

He eventually explained in one e-mail that he was very busy at a client’s place & would call me. He called me once & I wasn’t around to take the call.

If you need home renovations, stay away from Sears Home Central Canada!! Botched roofing artists.
In fact, stay away from Sears altogether.

They now call themselves Sears Home Services. Don't be fooled by a name change. It's the same crowd who botched my roof job, with the same lousy attitude.

June 20, 2002, 25-year roof shingles and attic vents installed by Sears Home Central. They installed the ventilation improperly, causing premature deterioration of shingles, also water infiltration as a result of ice dams. I had requested that they make sure there was proper ventilation at the time of contract.

I called Sears rep the next day to express concern about the placement of Maxi Vent. It is half way down the roof. The rep, Ken Campbell, looked from the ground, on one side, and said it was good enough. Against my better judgment, all I could do was hope for the best.

That summer, I noticed excessive falling off of granules from shingles.

July 11, 2009, I noticed shingles becoming bare, curling and breaking. I called Sears Home Central to report this. (1-800-220-5635) It took several calls before someone got back to me.

July 31, Sears sends an inspector to have a look. Without hesitation, he informs me that ventilation was not properly installed, that this was causing the problem and it was Sears' fault. He said Sears would fix the ventilation and replace the shingles at no cost to me.

Afterward, I visit Maxi Vent website and found, according to their very clear instructions, that indeed the ventilation was all wrong.

Since that time, Sears has flatly refused to fix anything. All I get from Corporate Customer Service and the local manager in Ottawa is excuses, untruths and gobbledegook.

This is the most deplorable and shameful performance I have seen in my life. STAY AWAY FROM SEARS !!!

Never buy from Sears again and neither should you. Bought 2 appliances last August.($5000). Stove malfunctioned out of the box which they replaced. The fridge was a side by side with water dispenser. The water froze up constantly. They sent a new door which was banged up but was told it would be replaced. A month later a door arrived wrong model sent back. Another month then a new door wrong colour. Told door would be replaced. Sent another door wrong colour. It has now been 7 months and still waiting. These have to be the dumbest people on earth. We have given them the option of replacing either door so that they match or replace the fridge. Can't seem to get them to understand. The first level when you call is someone from Asia who mostly speaks our language. We are not happy with these results and will NEVER shop at Sears again. They do not deserve out business. I have told my investor that he eliminate any holdings we have that contain Sears stocks. They are about to fail as a company.

Clearly PC Outfitters believes a customer's complaint is slander & instead of dealing with the problem, you can all see how they continue to act like immature little children.

I know they are geeks (probably on the low end), but I don't care what industry you are in or what kind of social abnormalities you have, talking to a customer that way is totally unacceptable.
