Matt put an ad on www.Kijiji.ca selling a network card – 2.4 D-link wireless router with us adopter.

My son e-mailed him as he was looking for a network card.

Matt e-mailed back & I e-mailed him myself a couple of times.

I gave out our number & asked him for his.

The next thing I know, Matt is calling & he blocked his number. I was on the phone, so I asked him for his number. He said he would prefer to call my son back himself, I said ok, but what is your number. He said he would prefer not to give it out.

I said fine, you just lost a sale & I linked back to my other call.

Beware of people who refuse to give out their number when THEY are the ones selling items online. He was probably going to try & meet us somewhere neutral so he wouldn’t have to give out his address either. Not divulging these details are signs of someone scamming.
