Here’s my terrible experience with ebay Seller clutchretailusa.

Now look at what I received.

I consider this seller a scammer, and I can’t return it because I’m in Mexico AND shipping is cost prohibitive.

Not only did I lose money because I get no refund, I lost money shipping it to me here in Mexico. It’s a fairly large somewhat heavy bag of hand towels.

eBay wouldn’t help, and all I got were low IQ robots on the phone, plus ebay is now forcing us to deal with evil AI, so I lost at least 30 minutes over the course of 3 days trying to get a Human being, plus the hour calling for 2 days on the phone.

The seller said he would give me some money back and gave me NOTHING in the end. Didn’t even respond when I showed him the color and I noticed now, that closed off the listing claiming that he’s all sold out of those towels.

If the color was at least nice, but just the wrong color, I would use them, but who in their right mind would put that in their home. DISGUSTING.

Had he NOT LIED, this situation wouldn’t even be happening.

These sellers are scammers when they upload a pic of the color that isn’t even CLOSE to what the customer receives. I’ve seen these color complaints on Amazon all of the time, and I thought eBay sellers were better than this.

I lost around $50, the towels were $31, and I’m a poor person.
