The seller played mind games with me. I had this silver polish shipped to Mexico through my package forwarding company. He blamed them for his leaking container of polish that was sealed inside a padded envelop.

Yes, they opened it up and poured some out and smeared it all over the container and inside the sealed padded envelop and sealed the envelop back up so it appeared that it was never opened.

That’s what he’s claiming even though he didn’t say that.

He kept repeating the same thing over and over again like a robot.

You will need to file a claim with your shipping forwarding company regarding any damage that may have occurred during the forwarding process.
The item was safely delivered to the shipping address provided with the order. Once the package is received by the forwarding company, we do not have control over how they handle, store, or ship the package to its final destination.
If the forwarding company reshipped the item under different shipping or handling conditions and the item was damaged during that process, responsibility for that damage would rest with the forwarding company.

He just doesn’t want to take responsibility for his fuck up.

Update: This was his horrific response to eBay’s request for a refund even though I can’t return it. “No refund as the courier you used damage the item”
