So Jon Perry is part of the merchant account industry which as I’ve stated before, is very very shady. I’ve encountered so many mean spirited people in there, they surpass any other industry I’ve been involved in.
I could maybe handle it if they were just mean & went away, but 2 people so far have followed me all over LinkedIn after they either didn’t like what I said to them in personal e-mails, or I rejected doing business with them.
They go onto the threads I’ve started or am communicating on & start telling everyone I’m crazy, they insinuate I’m a problem, that I’m a scammer, a fraud, that there is something fishy about me, etc.
They won’t stop when I ask them not to & this has been going on for weeks with one, months with the other.
I call this stalking & harassing. In fact the correct term is cyber stalking.

How does Jon Perry relate to this?
Jon is the owner of one of the groups I was a member of – Merchant Services.
The stalking & harassing problem resurfaced after Raymond had finally stopped harassing & stalking me in other merchant account groups on LinkedIn. A month or two passed & I posted another thread on Merchant Services & someone there named Dave Lambert, responded to my query looking for a new merchant account provider. There was a problem with him being difficult, so I told him this isn’t working for me & didn’t want any further contact with him business wise.
Unfortunately, Dave Lambert couldn’t leave well enough alone, he started following me on 2 different threads in 2 different LinkedIn groups that had to do with merchant accounts.
He would say the same types of things Raymond above would say & again, in my opinion, this is called cyber stalking.
Then Dave & Raymond got together in one of the other merchant account groups I belong to & started posting about me in unison. I consider that harassment. According to the definition, it’s actually cyber bullying.
When this went on for at least 2 weeks, & I of course defended myself & was looking into help from the police, as well as groups online that help people who are being stalked & harassed. There is a lot of information out there about cyber stalkers.
I had already stopped responding to their taunts because I had had enough, but the next thing I know, Jon Perry, the owner of the Merchant Services LinkedIn groups writes me this…
“Please tone down your remarks and accusations about people stalking you. It is not tolerated in this forum.
Thank you.
Jon”
I was SHOCKED at how this person who didn’t even have the decency to talk to me about what was going on, could side with people I view as criminals, so I stated as such, but I have a feeling even before he got my response he had already deleted me from the group, so this has affected my business because now I have no access to people I need to do business with.
It’s clear to me that Jon’s reaction is to BLAME the VICTIM. Can you believe this guy is running for some kind of office in Fort Worth, Texas?
Is this the kind of person you want looking after your women & children who may be potentially stalked & harassed either in person or online?
