So I’m a merchant services agent & Brent contacted me wanting to do business, but in the end Swap Wallet wasted my time.
After spending over 2 hours on the phone with Brent trying to determine if he was like ALL the other agent out there:
- very unintelligent
- very immature (they often lose their tempers)
- don’t return e-mails
- lie about the facts or what they can do for you or your client
Things appeared (on the surface) to be okay, but Brent didn’t have a lot of the answers I needed, so he said Michael (his boss or partner or something) would have to answer them.
He was going to set up a meeting with all 3 of us, but I never heard from him, so I e-mailed him. He apologized & said they were busy & then wanted to schedule it for next Wedn.
I wrote him back & never heard back from him. Next Wedn. came & went & AGAIN nothing after I set aside time during the day for him.
I wrote him back stating I wasn’t happy & how I feel he wasted my time.
He again blamed it on being very busy. If he was THAT busy, why did he:
- Contact me in the first place
- Tell me next Wedn.
- He’s too busy to write an e-mail back saying the meeting is canceled?
I said I felt he was just like all teh others & if his communication is this poor, then it’s not going to work for me.
I NEVER heard back from him again.
So I lost about 3 hours of my time while Brett strung me along.
