Well this company is VERY unprofessional. They took my money no problem.

It took us a while to try & get the software to work on our site. We were busy with other things. When my assistant did try to get it on there, it conflicted with a popup window we had on the site which means it didn’t work, so my assistant put in a support ticket. Then 5-6 days later, he put in another ticket. He also updated the first support ticket because some of the code didn’t show up in the ticket. After 3 tries, he got no response.

That’s when I took over & realized that Clickbank was involved.

I e-mailed him through LinkedIn & still no response, so there was a delay there too.

At that point I e-mailed Clickbank saying that now I wanted a refund since clearly the Peel Away Ads company was no longer in business, or they just ignore e-mails.

Then clickbank e-mails the owner & I wait & wait, & guess what, STILL NO response.

So finally today I contact clickbank & they refuse to refund me saying that I only had 2 months to request a refund & because I gave Harris Fellman & Richard Osterude, the owners of Peel Away Ads the benefit of the doubt & just wanted them to fix the problem, that wasn’t the right move, we should have e-mailed him requesting a refund, or so Clickbank said.

So now I am going through my bank to issue a chargeback.

What a waste of our precious time & you should beware of companies that draw out the whole customer service response time, because you ONLY HAVE 3 months to issue a chargeback, otherwise your bank will refuse. I’m not saying this is what this guy & clickbank did, but I find it all very suspicious.
