Since 2008 I’ve been getting people from Axcess Merchant Services contacting me to partner up with them in referring escort services to them for merchant accounts.

First it was from Matt Waterman, then he disappeared after 2 e-mails & then a year later Nick Fox contacted me.

I decided to give Nick a chance after vetting him a bit, but there have been problems here & there.

I referred two companies to him, & after a month I started to have problems with him not returning e-mails.

First he had back problems where he was off for a few weeks.

Then in August of 2009 he was on vacation & then at the end of August he was on vacation again for 4 weeks.

Must be nice to be on vacation all the time, but this is not how we do business over here in North America.

If we go away on vacation, we have someone in place to take over the business. We don’t just leave people hanging.

Then on August 28th I sent him another lead & didn’t hear back from him, so I wrote him again on September 6, 2009 asking if he was no lnoger in business.

That’s when he told me he just got back from his 4 week vacation & he would get back to me.

It’s now October 20, 2009, still no response, nothing regarding my lead, etc.

It’s clear to me based on how they do business that I can’t trust this company. I only deal with companies who are reliable.
