I personally have never shopped at Deal Extreme, but I read this thread about Deal Extreme, & thought that if that many people have had such terrible customer service, their products always break, they don’t give refunds when they say they will, etc. then people need to be aware of this before they decide whether to buy from Deal Extreme.
