Oh my god, they are one of the worst banks I’ve ever had to deal with.

They don’t care about fraud at all, I’ve called numerous times trying to get to their fraud department over a suspicious order, & each time I’m blocked from being helped.

Also their customer service reps put you on hold & talk about you behind your back, I heard Chris doing this & while I was looking for the customer’s credit card number, another one sounded bored & upset while waiting.

What a terrible company to deal with, they don’t even care about protecting their customers from fraud. Last time they refused to call the customer to confirm it was a legit order & then I left a message for Theresa Fisher & she never bothered to call me back.

I’m now on hold for the 5th time trying to get to the fraud department to find out if this order is fraud or legit. <sigh>

Well Monica was very helpful & actually transfered me to the risk department where I spoke to Theda who was very nice & helpful, so they have at least 2 people working there that seem to be with it & care.
