Here is his story…

“This company does not even deserve one star! There is HORRIBLE customer service as well as inadequate and ill-viewed product assembly. We ordered products from this company that was not only DAMAGED, but they even sent us the wrong (as well as USED) products. Shant (a sales man) who clearly does not want business for the company he works for, degraded me in front of other customers and employees when I asked for a return on a product which he sent me that was ENTIRELY FLAWED. Honestly, what company sells a good that is not new and with scratches
all over it and missing pieces. Honestly? Contractors, and people in the construction industry, RETHINK a sales buy before buying from this horrible enterprise which has no remorse or compassion for their customers. The company which I represent has been in business for over 20 years- so before questioning who we are, you should decide on a purchase from a company that has a poor return policy and products (unlike most companies ie. Home depot, Osh, Anawalt Lumber. Etc..)”
