I conacted supershuttle.com websitefor the Dallas area but had no luck getting
my questions answered so I called the 800#. After calling twice & still no help,
this is the message I sent to them.                   “I AM NOT A CUSTOMER
BECAUSE OF THE WAY I WAS TREATED ON THE PHONE. FIRST OF ALL, AFTER A “LISTEN TO
THE MENU BECAUSE IT HAS CHANGED,” IT WENT DIRECTLY INTO SPANISH. SO I PRESSED 0
AND IT SENT ME TO AN OPERATOR. THIS OPERATOR WAS SO RUDE AND, I GUESS REALLY
HATED HER JOB, I TRIED TO BE REALLY NICE SO THAT IT MIGHT BRIGHTEN HER DAY. IT
DIDN’T WORK!! THEN SHE HUNG UP ON ME WHEN I TRIED TO ASK HER SOME QUESTIONS I
COULDN’T GET ANSWERED ON YOUR WEBSITE. WHEN I CALLED BACK IT WENT STRAIGHT TO
THE SPANISH & THEN HUNG UP.(BY THE WAY, JUST TO LET YOU KNOW, THIS IS AMERICA,I
SHOULDN’T HAVE TO PRESS ANYTHING FOR ENGLISH, MUCH LESS BE TALKED TO BY RUDE
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS) DON’T WORRY ABOUT RESPONDING SINCE I WILL NEVER USE YOUR
COMPANY AFTER ALL OF THIS.”
