Total Poll ignored me

This is my story about how Total Poll ignored me.

Total Poll is under the company Total Suite and I thought they were in India, but they are in the UAE.

It looks like I’ve been using them since 2023 based on my emails.

I did have bug issues when we first joined. I remember we spent a lot of time telling them about the bugs and they fixed one or two, but the third one they never fixed.

It does look like even in 2024 they never responded to 3 times when I reached out to them

I can’t rate them on WordPress because evil WordPress blocks all of my communication with plugin developers and they remove all of my negative reviews.

I don’t have a lot of negative reviews for WordPress plugin developers, but now you know you can’t trust WordPress because if you speak the Truth, they delete it.

Overall except in the beginning and that one time in 2024 I never had any problems with them responding back to my emails until May 2025. But I went to Trust Pilot and others also complained they never get back to them. sigh

I found out that their plugin was forcing people to answer all questions, so I wrote them on May 23, 2026 and never heard back.

Then on May 28th, 2026 they charged my credit card. I wrote them at the confirmation email I received on May 25th saying if you aren’t going to give me support just refund me.

AGAIN no response.

I had to waste my time calling my bank to dispute the charge.

Then I get some email saying everything was cancelled.

They didn’t even have the decency to email me.

Total Suite is now a TERRIBLE COMPANY!
