My Review of Titan Electronics

Titan ElectronicsWhile Titan Electronics is no longer in business it seems, I’m keeping this post up here because it was Thomas Papantonis that was the issue, not his company name.

Thomas responded to our hiring ad for a geek techie to help us with some computer issues.

We got his pricing, and said if we were interested, we would get back to him.

About 1 1/2 months later we e-mailed him stating we wanted to go ahead with his services. He wanted a list of things, so we sent it to him. We didn’t hear back from him.

Twice we had to chase him to get an e-mail response. His excuse was that he was still reviewing the list.

Once again we have to train these so called businesses in proper e-mail etiquette. ALWAYS respond back to e-mails even if it’s just to say we will get back to you in X days.

Finally we get the truth from Thomas, he wasn’t able to work on the computer that week due to personal problems. it would have to be next week. He wanted to know if we could part with the machine & we told him no.

We never heard from him again.

Pleasure doing business with you Thomas Papantonis from Titan Electronics. Great communication skills.
