In my opinion, Commission Junction has always been one of THE most difficult sites.
How they continue to do business is beyond me.
I hadn’t dealt with them in a very long time, & recently I wanted to sign up to an affiliate program that used Commission Junction.
I had a terrible time just trying to log in which they blammed on the fact that I was using FireFox.
So let me understand this.
This HUGE company that makes tons of money can’t afford to hire a website coder who knows how to write W3C code (valid code) so that people who use different (better browsers) other than Internet Explorer can actually surf their site?
Or, they are just cheap & don’t want to spend the money to fix their website so ALL users can use the browser of their choice? That is a very very arrogant attitude, NOT caring about their users.
When I made a comment about how I don’t like to be forced into using what THEY want me to use, the guy on the phone just ignored me as if what I was saying was ridiculous & I was just trying to pick a fight. We aren’t talking about me using some obscure browser, we are talking about me using Fire Fox.
So after I got off the phone with him, I tried to use IE (I never use Internet Explorer because it’s a terrible browser that has security holes out the ying yang) & IE wouldn’t work either.
I remember how complicated their site is. I don’t find it user friendly at all. The last time I was in there, I was chasing my tail trying to find out what I was supposed to do next, where I was supposed to go, etc.
So that has been my experience with Commission Junction recently, their site SUCKS, & wasted a ton of my time until I gave up.
I feel any company that uses Commission Junction for their affiliate provider either hasn’t done their research, or just doesn’t care whether their affiliates are happy or not & that’s rude & disrespectful.

They are so inept over there, that they don’t even know what CSS stands for.
Look at the response I got…
“Hi Michelle,
I am not sure what you are referring to. We do not offer CSS? Please explain in detail and provide examples.
Best,
Ashley”
