Unfortunately I don’t know this guy’s name, all I know is that he’s in the Philippines.

I had joined his forum quite a while ago, & I kept getting these automated messages asking me to come back & participate.

I never liked the forum, I felt it was disorganized, & for the life of me, I couldn’t figure out what in the world the entire forum was about other than money.

So one day after 4 months of being a member on his forum, but not participating, I thought maybe I could advertise on there & see if I get any results.

I IMed him on Yahoo because I wanted to find out more information. At times it was hard to understand him or get the info I needed (he was busy doing something else while IMing with me), but I finally decided to go ahead & pay him the $20 for his monthly subscription. It was to put a rotating banner at the top of several of his pages.

I didn’t even know Alert Pay had a subscription method, but was pleasantly pleased that he was using Alert Pay.

After 2 weeks of tracking if people were actually clicking on my banner (I use ad trackers) & signing up for my lists or even purchasing, I saw only 4 clicks.

Based on that, I could see that it was a dead end method of marketing, so I e-mailed him at advertising@procashmakers.com & asked him to cancel my subscription.

I didn’t receive a response, so a week or so later, I IMed him asking him if he got my e-mail.

He said no, so I forwarded him the e-mail again & he was too busy to look at it, he was going to church. Then I checked back again 2 days later & he said he would cancel my subscription.

To me this meant everything was fine, but of course it wasn’t.

The billing date came & he had never canceled my subscription, so I was charged again.

I wrote to Alert Pay about it only to find out that one can cancel their subscription on their own.

Pro Cash Money Makers never told me this (good scam), & this guy (the owner) knew full well I wanted my subscription canceled because the day after I was billed the 2nd time, he suddenly canceled my subscription.

If he was really honest, he would have refunded me my money, but he didn’t, & now I’m dealing with Alert Pay.

So all of a sudden I get this nasty IM from him that says the following:

Pro Cash Money Makers MB Pelaez: i have not been checking my mails and i just saw this one just now from alertpay. Alertpay said that you did not receive goods from me after payment? What are you trying to do? Scam me? I have been fighting off scammers for a decade now on the internet. Don’t try it on me…

I told him to get lost, & stop harassing me!

Then I e-mailed Alert Pay giving them this information.

This guy is either a moron, or he really is a scammer just trying to get one more monthly subscription before he knows he can’t bleed his customers anymore. I’m not sure what he is, all I know is I DON’T deserve to be talked to in that manner. He is the one who ripped me off, & he is harassing me.
