TERRIBLE company they have become. They weren’t like this years ago when I used to deal with them.
They have now contracted out to the Philipines, first I was on hold for almost 30 minutes & I e-mailed them about that & got no response.
Then I finally got someone later in the day & 3 times I told the customer service rep something & 3 times he didn’t understand what I was saying in English.
I asked to speak to a manager, he hung up the phone.
I called back, he hung again.
I called again, I got someone else, & now the line was terrible, there was echoing every time I spoke.
She hung up, then they called me back & I asked to speak to a manager. I said I want someone in CANADA, they said I am speaking to someone in Canada. I said no I’m not, I’m not stupid.
They called me back again, I yelled to them about how they hung up on me 4 times already, & to STOP calling me. They finally stopped calling.
It sounded like all they cared about was making the sale, not all the problems I encountered trying to give them my business.
