Interesting that just as I was about to sit down & write an article on the lack of customer service in Canada & the US, & how it’s so clear that most (not all) companies don’t care about the consumer, they just want the money.
It’s a known fact to some that the US has much better customer service than Canada does, & I have the feeling that Europe is even worse since I just read a post from someone in the UK who said customer serviceĀ doesn’t even exist over there.

I’m currently learning from Jay Abraham himself, & while I thought I was HUGE on customer service, he runs circles around me teaching me a ton more about cementing the relationship between company & client.
